Gini Text Confirmations — Gini Help

Gini answers calls for small businesses that use Gini Pro. When Gini books you an appointment or sets up a callback during that call, it can text you a confirmation.

Who sends them: Gini, from a toll-free number owned by Gini Group Inc. Every text starts with "Gini for" and the name of the business you called.

How you agree: during your call, Gini asks "Can Gini text you a confirmation at this number?" We text you only if you say yes. Agreeing is not required to book an appointment or get a callback.

What you get: one text for each appointment or callback you agreed to, with its date, time and service, and the business's phone number. Gini writes every text from a fixed template. There is no marketing. Message and data rates may apply.

Replies are not read; a reply gets one automatic answer (at most once a day) with the business's phone number. Reply STOP to stop all confirmation texts from this number, START to receive them again, HELP for help, or email hello@ginihelp.com.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Example: "Gini for Joe's Plumbing: You're booked Wed, Oct 21 at 2:00 PM for Water heater inspection. Joe's Plumbing will contact you if anything changes; to reach them, call (312) 555-0100. Reply STOP to opt out."
