Kroger Wireless is an MVNO — it does not run its own towers, it resells the T-Mobile network. That matters for call forwarding: you use T-Mobile's codes, not a Kroger Wireless-specific one, and Kroger Wireless support often will not know them.

Once forwarding is on, Gini answers unknown callers before your Kroger Wireless phone rings, asks who is calling and why, and only puts real people through. Anyone already saved in your contacts rings straight through as normal.
