SpeedTalk Mobile is an MVNO — it does not run its own towers, it resells the T-Mobile network. That matters for call forwarding: you use T-Mobile's codes, not a SpeedTalk Mobile-specific one, and SpeedTalk Mobile support often will not know them.
To turn screening on, dial *21*14149854464# from your SpeedTalk Mobile phone and press call. The screen shows a confirmation dialog once forwarding is registered. Some T-Mobile handsets accept **21* instead of *21*.
To turn it off at any time, dial ##002#. Your SpeedTalk Mobile service is unchanged either way — forwarding only redirects calls you do not answer to Gini's screening line at +1 (866) 446-GINI.
If you would rather only forward some calls: *67*14149854464# forwards when you are on another call, *61*14149854464# when you do not pick up, and *62*14149854464# when your phone is off or out of service.
Once forwarding is on, Gini answers unknown callers before your SpeedTalk Mobile phone rings, asks who is calling and why, and only puts real people through. Anyone already saved in your contacts rings straight through as normal.
