What you get
- Screened before it rings. Unknown callers are asked who they are and why they are calling. Only the ones who belong get through.
- Protected when you dial out, too. Calling a scammer back is where people lose the most. Gini listens on the calls you make and warns you the moment one turns.
- Your phone, your dialer, HD voice. Calls arrive in the phone’s own dialer exactly as they do today.
- Family stays family. Trusted contacts are never screened, never monitored, and hear no notices.
How switching works
Step 1: Check your phone
Does it take a digital SIM, is it unlocked from your carrier, is it paid off? We help you find out before anything changes.
Step 2: Add Gini as a second line
We send a digital SIM to your phone. It sits next to your current line while we make sure it works.
Step 3: Your number moves over
Keep the number everyone already has for you. The move usually takes about a day, and your old line keeps working until it is done.
Step 4: Gini is your carrier
Calls, texts and protection on one line and one bill.
Frequently asked questions
When is Gini Mobile available?
We are opening it to a small early-access group in the United States first. Join the list and we will contact you before anyone else, with founding-member pricing. Until then, you can get the same call screening today by forwarding your calls to Gini from your current carrier.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number moves over to Gini the same way it would if you switched to any other carrier. Your old line keeps working until the move completes, which usually takes about a day.
Will my current phone work?
If it takes a digital SIM, is unlocked from your carrier, and is paid off, yes. Most phones from the last few years qualify. We check all three with you before anything changes, and if your phone is not ready you can still use Gini with your current carrier.
