In-App Support

The easiest way to get help:

  1. Open Gini Help
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Help Center or Support
  4. Tap Contact Support
  5. Describe your issue
  6. Submit

You'll receive a response via email or in-app notification.

Before contacting support, check if your answer is already here:

  1. Open Gini Help
  2. Tap Settings > Help Center
  3. Search for your topic
  4. Browse articles by category

Chat with Gini

The Chat feature in the app can help with many questions:

  1. Tap the Chat tab
  2. Ask your question
  3. Gini can guide you to relevant help articles
  4. For complex issues, Chat can connect you to human support

Email Support

Email us at help@ginihelp.com. A person reads every message.

Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Description of your issue
  • Screenshots if helpful
  • Device type (iPhone or Android)

Response Times

We aim to respond within 24 hours, and faster for account or billing problems.

What to Include in Your Request

Help us help you faster by including:

  1. What happened - Describe the problem clearly
  2. When it started - When did you first notice the issue?
  3. What you've tried - Any troubleshooting steps you've taken
  4. Device info - iPhone or Android, and app version
  5. Screenshots - Visual evidence of the problem

What Support Cannot Do

Some things are outside our control:

  • Carrier issues - Contact your phone carrier for call forwarding problems
  • Refunds - Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores. See "How to Cancel Your Subscription" for how to request one.
  • Email provider issues - Contact Gmail/Outlook for email problems
  • Recover deleted data - Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
