How to Restore Your Purchase

If you reinstalled the Gini app or got a new phone, you may need to restore your subscription. Here's how.

When to Restore

You might need to restore your purchase if:

  • You deleted and reinstalled the Gini app
  • You got a new phone
  • The app shows you as not subscribed but you know you are
  • You're asked to subscribe again when you shouldn't be

  • Go to Settings > tap your name to see which Apple ID is active

On Android

  • Check that you're using the same Google account
  • Go to Settings > Accounts to see which Google account is active
