H2O Wireless is an MVNO — it does not run its own towers, it resells the AT&T network. That matters for call forwarding: you use AT&T's codes, not a H2O Wireless-specific one, and H2O Wireless support often will not know them.
To turn screening on, dial *21*14149854464# from your H2O Wireless phone and press call. The screen shows a confirmation dialog once forwarding is registered.
To turn it off at any time, dial ##002#. Your H2O Wireless service is unchanged either way — forwarding only redirects calls you do not answer to Gini's screening line at +1 (866) 446-GINI.
If you would rather only forward some calls: *67*14149854464# forwards when you are on another call, *61*14149854464# when you do not pick up, and *62*14149854464# when your phone is off or out of service.
Once forwarding is on, Gini answers unknown callers before your H2O Wireless phone rings, asks who is calling and why, and only puts real people through. Anyone already saved in your contacts rings straight through as normal.
