PureTalk Call Forwarding Codes & AI Scam Screening | Gini Help
PureTalk is an MVNO — it does not run its own towers, it resells the AT&T network. That matters for call forwarding: you use AT&T's codes, not a PureTalk-specific one, and PureTalk support often will not know them.
To turn screening on, dial *21*14149854464# from your PureTalk phone and press call. The screen shows a confirmation dialog once forwarding is registered.
To turn it off at any time, dial ##002#. Your PureTalk service is unchanged either way — forwarding only redirects calls you do not answer to Gini's screening line at +1 (866) 446-GINI.
If you would rather only forward some calls: *67*14149854464# forwards when you are on another call, *61*14149854464# when you do not pick up, and *62*14149854464# when your phone is off or out of service.
Once forwarding is on, Gini answers unknown callers before your PureTalk phone rings, asks who is calling and why, and only puts real people through. Anyone already saved in your contacts rings straight through as normal.

Forwarding to a domestic number is included on PureTalk plans. Gini's screening line is a US number, so there is no per-minute or long-distance charge from PureTalk.
Will I still get calls from people I know on PureTalk?
Yes. Contacts saved in your phone ring through as normal. Only unknown numbers are screened first.
